Rest as rebellion - inspired by Tricia Hersey and the wisdom of the Earth.
In a world that glorifies exhaustion, Nap Club is a quiet act of rebellion - a sacred pause. Inspired by the wisdom of Tricia Hersey and The Nap Ministry, it’s a reminder that rest is not a luxury or reward but a birthright, a portal to healing and liberation.
Each Nap Club session is a one-hour sanctuary where we lie down together in community, held by the soft rhythm of Yoga Nidra - an ancient practice of conscious rest. We follow the Celtic Wheel of the Year, aligning with the cycles of the Earth and moon, and allowing nature to guide our inner journey.

The lights dim, the blankets unfold, and breath by breath, the body begins to let go. As stillness deepens, what’s heavy begins to soften. People often leave saying they feel lighter, clearer, more at peace - as though they’ve remembered something ancient and true within themselves.
This is more than relaxation. It’s a return to belonging. A co-regulated space where you’re invited to exhale, to be fully human, and to rest your way home.
