Slow down, reconnect, and honour the turning of the seasons through rest and ritual.
Our Retreats and Rest Circles are slow, nourishing spaces designed to help you step away from the noise and reconnect with your own sacred rhythm.

Each gathering is shaped by the turning of the seasons - a reflection of the cycles that live within us all. At Imbolc we awaken gently from winter’s stillness; at Beltane we bloom into new beginnings; at Samhain we descend and release what no longer serves.
Through Yoga Nidra, ritual, journaling, and nature connection, we remember what our bodies already know - that rest, like the Earth, moves in cycles of renewal. Together we share tea, words, silence, and laughter. We rest not to withdraw from life, but to meet it more fully, from a grounded, peaceful place.
Many people describe these circles as a homecoming - a rare moment to simply be, without expectation or doing. Whether you come for a day retreat, a seasonal gathering, or a quiet afternoon of rest, you’ll be met with care, presence, and a deep invitation to listen inward.
Rest, ritual, and community - for those walking the path of a slower, sacred life.
