A 90-minute bespoke somatic recalibration. Step into a portal of intentional stillness designed to close mental tabs. Using weighted grounding, eye cocoons, and ergonomic supports, I guide you into deep cellular recovery through rest. Includes aural soundscapes, intuitive Yoga Nidra, an Oracle pull, botanical tea, grounding chocolate, and a digital recording to continue your practice beyond your stay. Choose your ground: In-House Nest (£125): I bring the sanctuary to your holiday accommodation. Sourced Nest (£145): In my curated indoor studio or a private wild grove. The Shared Nest (£165): A collective group sanctuary (2-6 guests) at your accommodation or local studio.
