Nap Club becomes is a sacred cocoon - a warm, welcoming space for deep rest, reflection, and seasonal ritual.
These 90-minute sessions are steeped in nature’s wisdom — even as we move indoors. We’ll honour the Celtic Wheel of the Year, the cycles of the moon, and the presence of the goddess in water, stone, and stillness. Each session invites you to gently pause, let go, and return to yourself.
